For wheelchair or stroller access take the entrance chairlift down to B1 and then take the elevator up from there.
Coming by MRT?
Alight at Orchard MRT station. Walk towards Exit 1, but instead of exiting, take the underpass to the left towards Shaw Centre and exit there. From there, walk for 7 minutes past the Thai Embassy to reach the mall.
Coming by Car?
Palais Renaissance is located conveniently along Orchard Road, and it is not within an ERP zone.
From Orchard Road, turn into Claymore Road, then Claymore Drive. From there, there are 3 locations that you can park.

$4.20 per 1st hour or part thereof
$2.13 for subsequent 1/2 hour or part thereof
After 1700 hrs $5.02 per entry
Orchard Towers:
$2.25 every hour, capped at $12 per day
Pan Pacific Hotel Orchard:
